How does light installation work?
We work with you to custom fit our professional quality lights to your home. If any strands come lose or bulbs go out, we will return to fix at no extra charge. We will return in January to remove the lights and store them to use again next year, if you'd like to use our services again.
Are we buying the lights?
No, we provide a light rental service. When you hire us, you are paying for Poti Group to custom fit our professional quality lights to your home to light up the holiday season. This is also why we warranty our lights against weather damage/out bulbs.
We have our own lights, will you hang them?
This will be determined on case-by-case basis. If we agree to hang your lights, you must have all the supplies necessary, i.e. clips and power cords. We cannot not warranty your lights since we do not know the life story or quality. We will not make any guarantees or return to replace out bulbs or down strands.
What types/color bulbs do you offer?
We currently have clear or multicolored incandescent bulbs and mini clear LEDS. However, we are happy to work with you on ordering other colors or types or bulbs with enough time for delivery and discussion over cost.
It is our goal to be able to offer a lot more variety as we grow.
Inquiry & Quote
Please submit an inquiry including full address, the type/color of lights you are interested in and any other details or information. We will reach out within 24-48 hours and provide a quote with 24 hours of initial contact. Once you've approved the quote and paid the deposit, we will schedule!
Cancelling
If you need to cancel your light installation, we kindly ask for a 48 hour notice (for a full deposit refund). Please understand that the holiday light season is very short and our busiest season, which is why we ask for a minimum of 48 hour notice. Anything less than will forfeit your deposit
